how to change the affilliate % to $

hey I would like to change the  commissions from % to dollors for each new member that the affilliate signs up

,Anybody know how to do this?

Couldn't you just adjust the percentage to ACHIEVE the dollar amount you need?

I did trid that,but it does not add the money you earn cause Iam paying $1.00 for each free member that joins under the affilliate id
