how to add video in tinymce

i notice that tinymce doese not allow embeded video codes. Does anyone know how to embed a video in tinymce? if you do can you give discription please

hello thats exatly what im doing but my videos dont play .. when i upload a html page it plays but for somereason its not playing in tinymce does anyone know how to get this to play
