how to add some hyperlink in My Dolphin site?

how are you doing ? I talked other site and exchange our site links. our the dolphin 6.16,only one links for exchange links. but i want to put one links block in homepage and profile page. so the can show some site's links. the member can visit the other site too.i tried to write the code in new block . but it can not work . does anyone know that ?

the first www.go2england.com  ,i have done hyperlinks. but when finished that ,it still not work .can not go to the URL site.
