how do i use a paypal account for store?

i see paypal payflow pro. but no straight paypal.

i have a paypal account and would like to use it.

or does this mean i have to set up a new account somewhere to get payments from the store

as it is. i use my existing paypal account info and it comes up with an error

merchant not found..

just need a detailed walk through on how to set it up

The regular payment module needs to be installed.  If you are not using Payflow Pro, don't install that module.

i am in d7.3.3.1 and i can find the paypal payment in the administration. but not for the actual users. call me stupid but i have looked everywhere. can someone tell me where it is? before i pull anymore of my hair out trying to set up the store? and do i need the tokens. or will it work just with an email address??

No, you don't need the tokens.

Just search on the forum.  I don't have the time to go poking around in the settings to do a tutorial.  It has already been done so just search the forums.

found it. thank you so much. now pray it works. had to uninstall paypalflow

and set up an payment in advanced settings.

then got to it in account drop down

entered it into payments

and now it is working
