how do i post a job so someone can view - i need to modify my site

I click on Profile link.

a 2nd munu link bar appeared liked bottuns links. Please view attched image so you understand what I am talking about.

IT IS EXTENED OUT SITE OF MY PAGE AND LOOK SO URLY.

How do i modify it so I could have 2 lines of links (instead of 1 line and lok so urgly)

I knew the reson for this, because I have quite a few mods installed.

2. Very top navigation menu > Jobs > Post a Job Offer.

No, it's not a template issue. He has like a million entry's. it would take 3 wide screen monitors to display on one line. I am exaggerating a bit of course. Trying to paint you a clear picture.

Do yourself, and potential members a big favor, and get rid of some of those 24 items on your profile sub menu.  Then it won't be so "urgly", and confusing,  You've have 40 items on your top menu.... that's ridiculous.  My computer screen doesn't have enough vertical space to display your top menu more drop down.  What on earth are you thinking?  Get rid of some of that stuff.
