how do i change the copyright on my site?

I've got a paid licence and followed the link in admin panel that it says to click to add my own copyright etc... but it takes me to a section that deal with languages and multilingual stuff so theres nowhere to do it 

You're on the right track.

Enter _copyright in the languages filter, then edit the '_copyright (System)'.

Clear cache and you should see what you want.
