1.  This will help you out with Adsense:

Adsense search box:  http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/5203

Google Analytics:  http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/5282

Google Adsense Ads:  http://www.expertzzz.com/Downloadz/view/6033

Links can be done via the HTML Blocks in the Admin Panel, Builders => Pages Builder => Home page.

**Note, I gave you those links as some members already have mods up for sale for these things over at expertzzz, not fair to just print all their tricks in here.

You can do it in a couple of ways, one is to add them within the template files. I had, on an older version where a member in their members area add links within their profile. But if I read and understood your question correctly you want to place links like from adsense and the like to your main page or to all your pages. If that is correct then you can do that within your admin area by editing your templates thru there as well as how mydatery mentioned. But you will have to have the permissions set on all template folders/files to chmod 777 that way you can edit them within the admin area instead of thru your script area (e.g. backend on the server). Also, you can hire someone to do it for you. There are a couple of sites where you can go to do that where they are reasonable: http://www.scriptlance.com and http://www.getafreelancer.com these two sites (which there are many more BTW but this is off the top of my head :) ) that you can get someone to do it for like $5 and up. Both sites are free to join just one has some different rules about payment than the other. I would recommend Scriptlance as I deal alot with them there, if you choose to go that way. Anyways, it isn't hard to add the links etc, just be careful and take your time and do the research. Good luck!
