i'm frome israel and i have problem 2 host the Dolphin on server here (safety problem) and if i wold like to host it it's will be 2 expensive , very expensive !
so i think 2 host the Dolphin on server outside of israel. anyone could tell me where is the best 4 me? and if the server is support fully in Dolphin ?
