(Hey guys, sorry havent been around in a while)
Ok, so after over a year on this one site that I put together for wife it has been somehow hacked.
my site was blank and hosting company said that they couldnt restore it, finally after an hour of begging them to find a way to restore it, they did. said some files were compromised, then they said I needed to get my site cleaned, and they gave me a link, well that was going to cost over 200.00. Love my wife, but 200 dollars for a site to be cleaned and then hacked again later is not going to happen.
so as I dont come in here often and am asking for advice again.
Here is what they sent me:
It seems that the issue is related to the fact that your website has been compromised. We were able to find some files which contain malicious code:

/home/ballardf/public_html/modules/boonex/roin.php
/home/ballardf/public_html/net.php
/home/ballardf/public_html/plugins/file-api/class-sig.php
