homepage error

I just did a fresh install and I am getting an error when trying to view the homepage

Fatal error: Call to a member function getClassPrefix() on a non-object in /home/bykesp1/public_html/test/7/templates/base/scripts/BxBaseSearchResultSharedMedia.php on line 120

That is a privacy module setting command at line 120. This is a completely fresh install with absolutely NO content?

How did you resolve this error? I got the same error for a fresh install.

I did a new fresh install, but I downloaded it again, then uplaoded it to my server. For some reason the files never loaded up the first time
