hello, i surely hope you recieve the answer you're looking for.  if it is any concellation you are further along than i am. I merely a member with a homepage.  I watched the Dolphin video tour several times and downloaded it twice but I have made it to the admin login. How do I get there? I'm going to flag your topic, i'm sure i'll be playing catch up.

More than just image magic. Obviously PHP is installed, but the script can't find the path. That will have to be changed as well.

I noticed your hosting on a windows IIS server. Dolphin runs best on a Linux box. But I have been told it can be installed on windows. Contact your hosting company for the correct path to PHP and if imagemagic is installed, the path to that as well.

This one gives the error Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding()

Most likely mbstring is not enabled. Before installing dolphin on a host, you need to make sure they meet all the requirements for dolphin to run.
