In Dolphin there are Profile Video and Video Gallery (Shared Video), so which of them is not working?

Thank you Igorl. the Bug with Video in my website. I found i can upload Video to site.but when i play .come following undefined .admin check .no video display in list. video gallery and profile video .both not working. we tried to check in server.i can find files in video 's files . just can not play and find in bashboard website. I use 1&1 server ,they have checked ,1&1 is right .but what wrong ?    can't  the dolphin  6.16 video use 1&1 hosting?

have you checked your file permissions. if the file is uploading, but not writing to the server, then it may possibly be a file permissions setting.

I am really so sad with the video. i can find files in files.but couldn't find video from admin.also couldn't play it .always said "undefined"
