and how do i change the copyright @ your company to mine ???

To edit the top lines you need to edit the following file in your Dolphin installation - Dolphin > Templates >tmpl_uni >header.html - and you will see a list of top menu items. Remove them indiviually or remove the following to get rid of that line -

Make sure you back up your files before tweaking.

Dolphin and Orca have different places for the bottom footer. This tutorial will give you the skinny on that.
