groups not visible in profileview

Several members on my site joined groups.

On the profilepage the block "my groups" is set as visible for members.

But groups are not visible in profileview and accountview.

How can I change this?

member's groups are shown in profile only if user has created particular group, not just joined it.

also make sure that 'groups' block is on profile page in admin page blocks builder
