Hi,
I installed all the modules (a mistake on my part, should have installed one at a time and tested). All the modules got installed but now I am getting an error message when ever I goto my profile page. here is the error

Does anyone have any idea as to whats going on. Since I do not know what module is created this error I am not sure if this issue has been reported ..... sorry in advance if its a double post
