gender in chat

Hi

All profiles in chat show up as male even though the profile gender at the top of page clearly shows them as female outside of the flash chat.

Anyone got a solution??????????????

I've seen that quite a few people have asked this question but not one of them have been asnwered. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Is it a problem in the database or in the source code?

Thanks for the suggestion Sammie but I would really like to keep the gender there. Need to know how to make the correct gender appear by each person and not just male.
