from 7.0 to 7.2

Hi, i have never done this yet go from 7.0 to 7.2 in a safe way so i can keep my site looking just the way it is,can some one help me with this?

If you've made modifications to certain files or have edited the default template, they may be lost. You may also want to check for compatibility issues with any third party modifications you have installed. I also recommend you make a backup of both your database and site (as in the actual files) before updating, in case anything goes wrong and you need to revert back to your previous installation.

In addition to all the things said by magnusoft, please note down your flash app/rms settings as well since after the upgrade, you'll have to re-enter the flash app/rms settings  again....
