forum permissions

Hi, this is my another question sorry for if it described in previous posts, i searched but cannot be found. my matter is how can i set permissions for orca categories and forums. that mean i want to set some categories only for admins for posting the contents and start new topics but members and guest can read. specialy like categories for forum rules and announcements. Thanks in advance.

You can lock certain catagories.Which will let users still read the post but not comment on it.I'm not sure if thats what you looking for.Regards...Disstudem

Permissions for Orca Categories?   Beyond deleting a post, creating a sticky thread or locking a thread you are done with forum permissions in Orca.  This is one of the big reasons that many of us have integrated third party forum software.
