I've just checked, "forgot password" feature works just fine. It maybe this message goes to spam folder, and your server's mail sending isn't working or improperly configured. I would suggest to ask your hosting support to resolve it for you. By the way you can use SMTP Mailer module to send mail using external mail server. Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |
