force landing/splash page

Hi

How would I force a splash page such as index.html to kick in over index.php in my dolphin folder? Do I modify the header file? If so, how?

upload your index.html (splash page to Dolphins Root directory) rename index.php to home.php and then go to Admin => builders => Navigation Menu Builder and click on the Home Button and replace the URL to home.php and save.  That's it, your done.  Index.html will be your sites landing/splash page and when people hit him it will take them to the sites home page.
