1) Admin --> Settings --> CSS Style Editor /// To change the font size open up "general and anchor" CSS

2) Admin --> Builders --> Page Builders --> HomePage /// Drag BoonEx News into the Inactive Blocks

3) Admin --> Settings --> Language Settings /// IMPORTANT: What you should know about the Dolphin language management system.

If you are going to use the admin panel to make changes to css files the folder has to be writeable by the server. Which means you usually have to set the folder permission of the css to 777. Otherwise you can download the file to your local pc, then re-upload the changes you make over-writing the original. Then refresh the page to see the changes. You should always keep a backup/hardcopy of the original just in case you want to revert the changes, or they didn't work.

/templates/tmpl_uni/css/

chmod the folder 777 if you wish to make changes in admin panel. If you use a different template then change the tmpl_uni part

So if you do not change this css folder/directory you can't make changes in admin panel. You will have to download like:

/templates/tmpl_uni/css/general.css

make your changes then reupload.

If you set the 777 changes then you can in admin panel. It's a matter of preference. I prefer to download it and make the changes but that is up to you.

The folder directory does exist believe me I've been using this longer than I can remember.

good luck
