flash modules missing

I just downloaded dolphin 7.4.2 and found that there are no flash apps modules for video chat and other things. Are they no longer included?

Upon further investigation I see that they are uploaded to the server but in the administration when I click on Modules/flash Aps, there is just a page that says Flash Aps but no flash aps.
