how do i fix this problem  i searched forums and answers for it

It looks to me that your server has not enoch memory to run this file I guess

ok where would i edit  to fix this problem and thanks for repliing

ask you hosting company or if you are on your local server, updating your server memory. 
That this is a server problem i'am sure.
