what does this mean? i was running the test diagnostic from

Either you can't run execute commands, your ffmpeg.exe is not set to 777 or it doesn't exist possibly it was deleted or something. Maybe your host made some changes recently. I have also had some hosts that automatically change the file permission without telling you when it is chewing up too many of the servers resources. They will chmod it to another file permission so it can't execute and they don't tend to notify you they wait until you figure it and ask. They they tell you oh yes it was using too much resources or something. Just a few thoughts.

Hmm. Well apparently the server was experiencing a high load today, but i reset the permissions on it to 777
