I noticed that when I use internet explorer 9 I can not scroll down on my dolphin 7 website! What could be the problem or is anyone else having this problem?....How to Fix It?

This is a problem that certainly would not go un-noticed for this long. Considering i have never seen that reported, it has to be your browser or your site. Without looking at your site, there is no way we can tell what is wrong.

Confirmed. If that is your site url, then it's fine in my copy of IE9 also. That would indicate your IE9 has a problem.

You would need to clear your browser's cache, cookies, and if necessary, use the restore advanced settings and reset buttons in the internet options of your browser.
