expanding all forum folders by default

I have been doing this on earlier versions for ages but can't seem to manage it in 7.1 despite trying and searching for 3 hours. Anyone worked it out yet?

Bump again, sorry, but I can't be the only person, the method on previous versions was so widely discussed it must be a common request.

Well, that's embarrassing, it's a built in function now, just select "expand by default" when creating folders.
