events membership elusion

Hi,

If in membership disable videos upload, a user while creating an event can upload videos, don't checked for sound, files and photos, but I think it's the same.

We need that events module look if videos (sounds, photos, files) module is installed, then allow the upload...otherwise it allow only to create it and allow upload only for installed and allowed modules..obviously checking membership....

otherwise add new options in membership..

for example: events video upload, events photos upload, events  files upload, events sounds upload....
