error on photo upload

when i go to add a photo to my profile, i click on the upload and get a error 404 page

and in the url i got

http://face-flirt.com/photo/gallery/test-2

but when i click back, my photo has uploaded

help?

ok im getting the error on blog, photos, music and videos

if i look at the url its all

http://face-flirt.com/ AREA /all/10/1

when i look on my server there is no folder for them??

Turn permalinks off. This sovled 98% of my problems.
