Based on this post and another one you have about problems with fresh install.

I am guessing you have a crappy FTP client.(ether not uploading some files, or erroring out when trying to overwrite some with the new ones.)

I am guessing this one was a upgrade? Am i correct?

I am also guessing not all of the files got uploaded from the upgrade patch.

There are times when I feel FileZilla is a crap client.  You also should make sure your FTP client is uploading files in binary mode; don't use auto, force it to always use binary.

Another thing you can do if you have access to extract archives; many cPanel file managers will allow you to upload and extract archives, is to upload Dolphin as a zip archive.  HOWEVER, do not upload the zip archive that Dolphin ships as it contains a directory inside of the archive.  You need to rezip the files so that you can extract them out on the server without it creating a directory.  Once you re-archive the Dolphin files, you can upload the archive to where it needs to go on your server and unzip to where the files need to go.

I agree FileZilla is junk.

I use WSFTP Pro. Been using it since it was first released back in the 90's.

I have tried a number of free ones in the past but keep going back to WSFTP Pro. Not free but it is the best FTP client there is. I have never had a problem with it. Detects proper transfer mode for most files automatically and even is able to correct differences in carriage return line feed sequences between Linux and windows files and will auto convert in most cases by detecting what type of server your transferring to. It's a very reliable FTP client.
