error in 7.3.3

I have upgraded my website to 7.3.3

After upgrade I just tried blogging. While adding a blog it gives the following error...

you need the PHP Fileinfo extension installed ...

My problem has been solved. But another problem I have come across. While uploading photo it is not getting uploaded.

Shared, vps, or dedicated hosting ?

Could be multiple things...  File permissions maybe.

forgot to add you also need  php exif  as well.  sorry about that.
