error 404

Hey i cant get any of the links to work, it just comes up with error 404, also i cant find the htaccess file or the apache module? where would this be? I really need help on this =[

Yes i did search and these didnt work... my ftp does not show an apache mod or a htaccess file... i really have no idea and ive been struggling with this for days... if you wanna check out the link problems.. its at http://mytoyz.net/2/
