embedding non youtube videos?

Hello ive been trying to figure out how i would embed videos on my boonex site that arent from youtube because it only seems to have that option when i click on upload than set it to "embed" than it just asks for youtube URL. has anyone figured this out? thanks!

Works great for what he includes. Have to pay more if you want something that isn't there already...
