edit top two panels on pages

Hello,

How can I edit the content in the top two panels that appear on most pages on the site? Profile Builder only covers the content below them. Specifically, I'm looking to remove/modify the circled areas in the attached image.

As for the menu, just go to builders / navigation menu on page adm, page and scroll to the end items in the system (red) column dashboard and edit each link unchecking visible to members.
