edit/delete 'filter block' on the foot of 'presence_pop.php'

The default settings of filter in presence_pop is by sex and by age. I want members to by filtered by country and career(a new item that I created, 5 careers to choose). 

Does anybody know how to realize it?

if it's not possible I'd like to delete 'filter block'.

Is it possible to get some help from this forum?  I'm sure I'm not the only one who what delete age and gender filter on "my presence" page.  I've tried to convert user.swf and default.swf  to flash file and using Flash CS3 to fix it myself, but I'm new in php language, know almost nothing about flash... 2 days passed, problem still unsolved. Someone must know how to do it, please help!!!
