desktop app error

I am getting this error or something when someone tries to instant message me from the desktop app.

If anyone could actually see and read that screenshot you might get a solution to it.  Try cropping the image to just the error or copy/pasting the error in here so we can see what it is.  Sorry, but I"m getting to old to squint at a photo of small print...

Well when i posted the image the whole thing shown up , i have no idea why it is showing up like that now
