design boxes are changed into white background

Installing my new template and all the design boxes are changed into white background. Any idea how to change background color or what is causing it to default to a white background. 

I'm not being rude.

When you install a template, its files will override what are in the base template.  To change the background of the boxes you will change the template CSS, not the base CSS.  Look in the template css directory and see if there is a common.css file; look in the file for .disignBoxFirst

Note: I handed a fish but I did not cook it.  I wouldn't mind getting a few fishes myself at times

 I had to cook mine in the beginning; now all the sudden it's delivered cooked, hot, and fresh daily.
