dependencies (debian minimal) for migrating on new server

I'm moving an existing dolphin 6.1.6 environment to a new (root) server. Getting the error msg "XsltProcessor is off, you should install XsltProcessor.

Question: What are the dependencies for a Debian minimal distribution to

Documentation to "Dolphin Troubleshooter" running into anything but a solution. Mysql and database already ported. Apache running.
