As already reported by other user, but closed with cannot reproduce issue (http://www.boonex.com/trac/dolphin/ticket/1036) see here:
Try to edit: Builders -> Profile Field -> DescriptionMe-> Advanced
et voila! save button not visible and popup not scrollable.
Tested in FF and google chrome.
