customising the Flash promo hight

hi All

how can i change the hight of the flash promo on the main page ,

now it is 450 , would love to make it smaller,

also how can i make the logo section hight bigger , as i need to make a logo of 200px high , on the default setting now , is now working nice as it is 64x64px,

any advice on what file to configure will be greatly appreciated ,

For the logo: look in the general.css files of your theme, or the base template.

For the promo, if you make some smaller pictures and replace these with the original (admin -settings- basic)
Then iw ill be smaller. Or use the other option to make a static promo.

i searched , but could not see logo , or anything similar
