I tried asking this question in the Pre-sales Discussion section but I'm hoping that I'll get more of a response here.
I am planning on setting up a dating / community website in the near future and I am almost certain that I will be using Dolphin. I have no previous experience of web development or programming but I require some customisation of the base software. So my questions are:
- Can someone with no programming ability run Dolphin as it stands?
- How would I go about finding someone to help me customise the software? What expertise should I be looking for? Ideally, I would like to find someone that I can sit down and talk face to face with - so are the expertise to work with Dolphin fairly widespread or particularly specialised?
