Currently there are only 3 types of users available: members, affiliates and moderators. I would like to create more, and if possible sub categories or sub types of users, and make this available for user to choose at sign up.

So my users can choose what kind of profile they want, I want this so that I can choose what fields to show in each type of member, so that each user only sees some fields and not all.

This would be enough for me, but actually it would be great if users could choose more than one type of profile, I am currently trying to achieve this in the field builder, asking users what profile they feet (for example: shoes, pants, shirts, hats) and each user can select more than one of this. And then in the edit profile page, I would like to show only those fields regarding the type of users they chose.
