create account not working in dolphin U

hi..m not able to create a new in current version of dolphin test site..

m getting this error

You should try it again...I just tried it from both my pc & phone, and all went well (4 hours after you have).
I think the latest update was 2 hrs after you posted, so it should work fine on your next attempt.
