I have a custom field named "interests" that I created using the fields builder in dolphin. This field has 64 rows of choices. I also applied language settings for each row.
I would like to copy the field and the language settings from my test server to my live server. That way I don't have to enter the data manually again.
What are the the names of the tables that I need to export the data from?
