connection error with flash apps in admin

The flash apps section loads for a split second, but then it says "connection error". I am using cpanel. I disabled the csf firewall. Flash player is up to date. Any ideas?

also, I am using https.

Is this happening to anyone else? How can I fix this. Look at the screen shot.

This usually doesn't happen. Usually I can still see the flash apps. However, I followed this tutorial, but when I click the "download" link, it doesn't show the "rms" download option. I might be crazy.

I found the solution in this other thread. I had to disable mod_evasive in easyapache.
