connecting profiles together

Hello all.
Iam looking for a script of changing in  my script so I can connect 2  profiles with together.
For when  they get relation.
I know you can make a couple profile only  then must  tey make evertytime new profile.
Somebody maby can help me with this ?

Looking for a module or script.
where people have a relationship.
their profile using an option that may indicate.

such as: relationship: yes with : <his / her partners name> ( when that person either have profile)
other it will me only yes

so people can see who they are related to the website.
