coding error

1. the error login and promo code that appears on some pages
2. when typing in a comment on a group or user page the page reloads once u click post and then the comment does not appear
3. as an admin u can not delete or remove comments
4. the languages like FAQ are missing
5. changing templates off sets the margins
6. time format not correct for eastern time zone
7. On some pages the right margins covers certain features
8. Login link dont work
9. when inserting banners some over lap the margin or separate contents.
10. i think there is also a security issue,

It maybe that most of the problems are because of some 3rd-party mods and/or templates, please can you check if there is the same problem on the official demo ?

I am having problems with chatroom. The problems are that i am limited in how many rooms to create. I searched in Rayz admin settings and its set to 50. If i create a room it automatically replaces a room that's already there. If a visitors joins my site and they want to create a room, they can, but it replaces an existing room. My chatrooms have vanished several times, and i had to replace them. If i were to click on one of my own profile videos and then click on one below it, it will play over the previous song, in other words two different songs playing at same time. I contacted the hosting company and this is what they told me, below

You are using the shared RMS service and access to the same will not be allowed. If the configuration or the RMS is not suitable for your needs you may:

1. Upgrade your package to a dedicated server.
2. Use the RMS as it is right now.

The issue as it seems is not related with the RMS but the database of the application. I have emptied the chatrooms table and created two extra rooms along with the 4 you already had added.

The issue is not caused as I mentioned from the RMS and upgrading to a different VPS will not make any difference. If you would like however to have dedicated RMS which your developer may modify you may upgrade to a dedicated server as mentioned a few times in your previous tickets.

As for the chatroom modifications you may need to review the documentation of the script for details.

I completely understand that but as I mentioned in your previous two tickets the issue is not with the RMS service but the coding of your application. You may request from your developer to review the coding. If s/he will need custom RMS setup this options was also mentioned in your previous tickets.

All the VPS packages we offer are with identical OS and WHM/cPanel including the php configurations and any extra settings. The RMS service before and now is absolutely the same and has not changed.

1. You may consider the dedicated server upgrade which you stated is not an option for the moment.
2. You may contact expert local web developer to optimize your website and patch it where needed. We do not offer development services to create custom coding patches for you.

Hello,

The shared account and the VPSes are using the same RMS service. Also note that your current VPS package configuration is identical with the shared server except that only your account is hosted on the VPS server which is not the case on the shared environment.

You may request from the developers who need RMS access to check your website coding and if they are confident the RMS requires changes this will be an option if you upgrade your package to a dedicated server.

 

I am confused and i need help ASAP, this has been going on for several years and i can't get proper help.

Is this problem happens when RMS is used or without RMS ? What is preferred way of the possible solution to this problem ? increase limit, or don't allow to create rooms when limit is reached ?

Files are displayed independently, there is no control between them, if you want to play another video/audio, you need to stop previous one manually.
