chat videos not working

I have a problem. no one seems to be able to use webcams with d 7.3.4 flash chat.

I can use mine no problem. but three other users that have used their cams on flash chat in the past

can not even find their cams in the cam list. meaning no one can use video cams.

this all happened when i updated fresh to d 7.3.3 and persisted in d 7.3.4

I updated the ffmpeg and the RMS off this website.

It may or may not be flash updates as i noticed there was a scroll bar glitch for the flash chat rooms

the scroll bar would move to the other side of the list. This was fixed with the new flash player update.

It would be nice to use webcams once again in my chatrooms.

I may need the old version of RMS (where can i get it?) to test out this bug further. I am hoping it's not the flash player updates as it will probably not get fixed. help if you can. I tested it with the fire wall off. and it still did the exact same thing. thanks

verified. all webcams that use to work. including my main server, no longer work.

all you get is camera not found in the camera settings on chat.

it's other RMS or something else. like flash. in any case i need to get this working.

i can not even record my music to the website with the live cam.

HELP!!!

seems to be a problem with drivers and chat d 7.3.4. so far it only accepts logitek webcam drivers.

all the old cams, like ps3 laptops and other cams that were working with d7.1.6 no longer work.

there is a programming error on the available webcam drivers for chat. i need some help on this.

going to try and check d7.1.6 chat with the old cams to see if it's

1:flash

or

2:the new RMS

if they work, then it's the driver code for d 7.3.4 chat . if not. arrrrrggggghhhhh need help

It looks like something in the Adobe Flash, please check Flash settings, it maybe they changed something in Flash which prevent your camera to work with Flash.

CHECKED WEBSITE FLASH SETTINGS. tried a few things. it did not work.

it shows LOGITECH webcam as a cam, but everything else is CAMERA NOT FOUND.

Is there an older version of RMS i can check to see if it works?

the only two things it could be are RMS or FLASH UPGRADE.

tried this on a few explorers but its still the same problem.

have you try it via Firefox ? If its chrome it should be HTTPS for the flash to be recognized.

do you need admin to check this out. if not. logon cmha/cmha to view it. its in chat. and only members can gain access. it plainly says no camera found. which is probably a driver comunications going faulty. or flash itself.

You have to allow use of flash in browser both chrome and ff

there must be something that me and my users are doing wrong.

We downloaded flash off adobe.com and installed it.

here is what it is showing up as in firefox. note. only one camera is working. the logitek one. all other cameras including user cameras are not working. I will try to get someone to set their flash setting like mine (and obviously yours. it shows up as this. see attached.. ergh. same problem even with those setting. here is what we all keep getting

I managed to get mine working with firefox 56 and flash 20.0 r0

Chat. needs an update for flash and/or firefox has to be corrected with thier updates
