chat and movie player dissapaired

Hi, some days igo i recogniced that the Instant messenger was not working ("not registered"). so i insert the "free" licence at the backend and it worked fine. Then i saw, that should install the ray thinks too (even though they worked before without problems. i dit so, and since then the chat and the movie player dissapaired. for example: i click on "chat" and the new windows (template) comes up with no content. nothing. zero. same with the movie player. Prev. picture, url, imbedd url and so on on the screen, but no player at all. Whats happened? lets see what i dit: 1.) i inserted the free license. 2.) a popup came up "wrog license". 3.) i overwrote the ray files (as read in the faq of boonex 4.) i insert the free license, done. 5.) i pressed install, i changed the language and now there is no chat and no movie player can anybody help me out? thanks
