chat and logo

Hello I have tried everyone but no answer I hope you can help! I have two problems here they are:

1. I can only have 4 rooms at a time even tho its set to 50 anyone know why? When I create a new room one of the previous rooms get replaced thus having only 4 at a time. Please Help!

2. Currently I see my web site name (also in navigation window) but with a blank page icon beside it I would like to add my logo where the blank page icon is. Please Help!
