caption is disappear in search box

when i set up the search box, the caption of height, weight and other text field, all caption is disappear

anyone can fix this issue?

if only have the box, no one know what is this. its caption is disappear in all type of search box, please help

Most probably you add empty string as translation for the filed caption.

Also I see it's already working on your site.
